- Belavine does not accept returns if the product has been used. however, if the packaging is still intact and in the same condition, as it was when the customer received the product along with all the necessary tags & package, the customer may contact us for a return.
- If you receive a wrong or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
- For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Belavine.

- Once the return is received and inspected, our team will contact the customer to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Refund will only be done in case the customer has received Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product, Refund will be processed through the same mode within 15 business days, Product can be re-dispatched if required within 15 business days once the reverse product gets delivered back to us.
- Paid Through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking – The customer will receive a full refund to credit/debit card or net banking for the purchase price of the item after approval of the product, the refund will be reflected in the account/card/wallet in 12-15 business days.
- Paid through COD – Refund will be made by UPI or through NEFT For NEFT customers need to provide their bank details which include the following information:
